Yesterday night, Lana participated and performed “Video Games” at the 2012 Echo Awards, which took place in Berlin, Germany. Wearing a Georgio Armani dress and some Versace jewels, she was perfect. She performed “Video Games“, “Born To Die“, “Blue Jeans“, “Without You” and “Summertime Sadness” and signed autographs for her fans. Lana Del Rey to join Tom Petty and Pearl Jam at Isle of Wight Festival

Rising star Lana Del Rey is confirmed to play the Isle of Wight Festival this June, joining the likes of Tom Petty and Pearl Jam on the impressive line up.

The Born To Die singer will make an appearance on the Big Top stage on Friday June 22nd, with the performance likely to be a highlight of the weekend, with Del Rey this year having made the transition from cult status to mainstream success.

Other names performing on the stage over the weekend include Kelis, Enter Shikari, Professor Green, The Darkness, Ash and Pulled Apart By Horses, with an appearance by Primal Scream on Thursday June 21st.

One massive draw for music fans attending the weekend will be the fact that Bruce Springsteen & The E Street Band are set to headline the Main Stage on the Sunday, while Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers are rounding off the Saturday with their first performance on British soil for almost a decade.

NME Awards – Next Single – Sónar Festival

The Last February day, the NME Awards took place at London. Lana Del Rey was nominated in three categories (Best New Band, Best Track with “Video Games” and Best Video with “Video Games”) but unfortunately, she didn’t attend this event and didn’t win any award, even if she deserved them.

Then, I have another information. Lana’s next single (Blue Jeans) will be released on April 8th, 2012 and the video will be shot next week. I’m impatiente to see that !

Finally, Lana will be and will perform at the “Sónar Festival 2012. This event will take place in Barcelona (Spain) on 14th, 15th and 16th of June. If you want more information about this event, take a look on Sonar.es.
